While companies and universities are our main counterparts, over the years we have also had the opportunity to be involved in truly special projects, in which CreAttività played a consulting and in-depth research role, helping to best support the scope of each challenge.

OLTRE – Beyond The Edge

Oltre – Beyond the Edge is an extreme expedition project created to retrace Roald Amundsen’s Northwest Passage by ordinary people.
It is precisely for this reason that we were involved in the project: in collaboration with the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan, we selected the expedition participants, prepared them from a psychological and relational standpoint (both individually and as a group), and finally accompanied them in the field during the mission.

This consulting experience taught us a great deal on both a personal and professional level: we learned how to cope with extreme cold, share confined spaces, and overcome challenges far removed from our everyday experience.

We also identified many parallels between life in extreme icy environments and corporate life, which we explored in the book “Un Equipaggio Sotto Zero”.

Documentary “The Other Face of Morocco”

More than six months of research into the cultural and anthropological aspects of the country. More than three months of on-location filming with a crew, to explore the lesser-known sides of Morocco, interview its most interesting figures, and tell its most incredible stories

A passionate project, carried out as authors, which taught us a great deal about diversity and provided valuable insights that we apply daily in our training sessions.
